Job summary

Judit Inc is seeking an experienced technical writer to translate complex technical information into clear, audience-ready documentation that supports system users, IT teams and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Development, QA and Technical Support to produce instructional materials, manuals and product documentation, interview subject matter experts, edit and maintain libraries, and guide junior documentation staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of business or technical writing experience.
• Working knowledge of multiple software and graphics packages.
• At least 1 year of Salesforce experience within the last 5 years.
• Strong editing, organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain IT documentation, translating technical or complex information into clear, concise materials for target audiences.
• Partner with Development, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support teams to produce instructional materials, technical manuals, and product documentation.
• Interview subject matter experts to gather content and identify documentation gaps.
• Edit, proofread, and maintain documentation libraries and related publications.
• Coordinate special documentation services and projects as needed.
• Contribute to moderately complex to complex document management projects as part of a project team.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior documentation staff as needed.
