• 8+ years as Technical Writer for enterprise software.
• Experience leading documentation initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience with networking, security, or cloud-native tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical documentation for Hypershield and related tech.
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to translate complex concepts.
• Develop content for security, networking, and cloud-native use cases.
• Evolve information architecture and developer content standards.
• Work with a distributed team across East Coast overlap hours.
