Technical Writer:

The Structure & Bridge Division is seeking a consultant to lead the review, enhancement, and documentation of the team’s repeatable processes. This role will ensure that all workflows are clearly defined, consistently applied, and easily accessible for future reference.

• Conduct a comprehensive review of existing documentation and update materials as needed to improve clarity and accuracy.
• Identify and document repeatable processes that are currently undocumented, ensuring all critical information is captured and organized.
• Develop a structured knowledge base to support team efficiency and long-term accessibility of information.
• Collaborate with team members to validate process documentation and promote best practices.
• Design, administer, and maintain Microsoft SharePoint libraries and pages to serve as the central repository for process documentation.

Onsite 4 days a week

Hours: East Coast Hours
