Job summary

AMD is seeking a Program Manager to lead customer programs and portfolios, translating needs into actionable plans across cross-functional teams. You will manage processes, risks, and dashboards, driving successful launches in dynamic environments.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business units, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with customer platforms throughout the lifecycle. A strong PM foundation and stakeholder relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

Background in technical program management and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Define, plan, and manage projects and program plans with guidance from management and senior technical stakeholders.
Apply project management principles across cross-functional initiatives.
Lead programs spanning engineering and business teams.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or ways of working.
Create and maintain schedules, resource plans, forecasts, and risk logs.
Communicate project status clearly and manage dependencies and priorities.
Identify risks and mitigation plans throughout the lifecycle.
Collaborate with execution teams to surface concerns and support corrective actions.
Collect and share program performance data via dashboards and status updates.
