Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or equivalent with 5 years field tech experience in HVAC, automotive, generator or related discipline.
• 5 years combined field tech and technical training experience acceptable.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred; curriculum development experience.
• Experience evaluating and coaching instructor technique; ASE or Technician Excellence certification preferred.
• SAP or ERP experience.

Aufgaben

• Instruct and train technicians in repair and installation using classroom, labs, and live stream.
• Lead the development of technical training curriculum.
• Write and review technical documentation such as owner, installation, diagnostic and service bulletins.
• Establish warranty flat rates for new product prototypes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fabricate training units.
• Mentor lower level technical service trainers.
• Assist in onboarding and training of technical service trainers.
