Generac in Houston, TX is seeking a Technical Service Trainer to join the Service Training team onsite at our training center. You will deliver comprehensive training to technicians on generator repair, installation, startup, operation, and troubleshooting across Generac products.

The role emphasizes strong technical writing, curriculum development, and hands-on instruction with a focus on safety and quality. Occasional travel may be required, and familiarity with SAP or ERP is a plus.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years field technician experience in HVAC, automotive, generator or similar discipline or 3 years combined field technician experience and technical training experience

Responsabilidades

• Instruct technicians in generator repair and installation.
• Develop and present technical training curricula.
• Write and review service manuals and training bulletins.
• Establish warranty flat rates for prototypes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fabricate training units.
• Support on-site operations and equipment setup.
