• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 years of Training/Instructional Design in a technical environment, plus 4 years in leadership (global manufacturing or regulated environment preferred).
• Experience leading enterprise transformation and cross-functional initiatives; strong business acumen.

• Establishes enterprise service training strategy aligned to service excellence and product roadmaps.
• Governs curriculum architecture, certification frameworks, and competency models.
• Ensures training meets regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
• Leads design, development, and deployment of technical training across global service channels.
