J T is seeking a Technology Instructor to join an Agile SAFe team supporting a mission-critical program. You will analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training for enterprise server, network, and platform environments.

You will create certification-focused curricula, WCI packages, and related learning products; conduct analyses, build labs, lead course delivery, and coordinate with engineering and support teams to keep training aligned with baselines.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• 12+ years in technical training or related education.
• 5+ years in Instructional Systems Design or curriculum development.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration.
• Experience with Linux administration.
• Proven delivery of instructor-led technical training across platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience authoring technical docs, lab guides, and instructional content.
• Strong Agile execution in a fast-paced team.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led and blended training solutions for enterprise IT environments.
• Deliver hands-on, competency-based training across labs and environments.
• Analyze baselines, manuals, and SOPs to align learning objectives with system changes.
• Produce lesson plans, instructor guides, student manuals, and assessments.
• Lead course pilots, validation, evaluations, and content updates under configuration control.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, network architects, writers, and program leadership to reflect production systems.
