Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Trainer to design, develop, and revise complex technical training programs. The role demands leadership in instructional design, curriculum development, and virtual training administration to support diverse projects.

The candidate should hold a relevant degree with substantial experience; Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph is required for the position, and willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs.
• Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)
• Five (5) years training experience with digital signals processing
• Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
• Experience with administrating virtual training
• Ability to travel
• SIGINT experience
• C++ experience

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and revise complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
• Plan and manage training development for large programs and projects.
• Deliver instructor-led and online training sessions.
• Maintain and update training curricula and materials.
