Erias Ventures is seeking a Training Specialist to design curriculum for specialized training, develop e-learning content, and create assessments. The role requires a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and the ability to operate in a high-security environment.

The candidate will work on curriculum development, training assessments, and e-learning content as part of a growth-oriented, technically strong team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for mission-critical problems.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive mission knowledge across labor category and related experiences.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly from incomplete or technical sources.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
