Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a Trainer to design, develop, and revise complex technical courses, including interactive and instructor-led formats. The role emphasizes scalable training programs, ongoing curriculum maintenance, and virtual delivery across large projects.

Candidates should have a strong instructional design background, C++ experience, and the ability to travel. A Top-Secret/SCI clearance is required, with NCUS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent.
• A Master’s Degree may be substituted for two years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3).
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and revise complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
• Plan and manage training development for large programs, including online and in-person components.
• Deliver training and maintain training materials and curricula across multiple disciplines.

Description

We are seeking a Trainer who designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent. A Master’s Degree may be substituted for two years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3). In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.

Required Skills

• Ten (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs, performing Instructional Design, developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars, and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature
• Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)
• Five (5) years training experience with digital signals processing
• Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
• Experience with administrating virtual training
• Ability to travel
• SIGINT experience
• C++ experience
