Job summary

Arxada, a global leader in chemistry and biotechnology, seeks a Senior Technical Trainer Integrated Operations to design and deliver advanced training across its manufacturing network. You will lead Lean Six Sigma-based programs, coach leaders, and scale learning with best practices in continuous improvement, operations excellence, and training delivery across remote and on-site sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Training & Development, or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in technical training, continuous improvement, operational excellence, leadership development, or manufacturing capability building.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma expertise, statistical thinking, problem solving, and process improvement tools.
• Ability to facilitate training programs and coach diverse audiences across levels.
• Experience developing train-the-trainer programs and certification pathways valued.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred; additional certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs focused on manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, leadership development, and operational capability building.
• Facilitate and coach application of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DMAIC, DOE, root cause analysis, project management, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Lead train-the-trainer initiatives to strengthen facilitation capability and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training across sites.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align learning strategies with business priorities, operational goals, and workforce development needs.
• Coach project teams, leaders, and continuous improvement practitioners to translate learning into measurable business impact and sustainable results.
• Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through feedback, capability assessments, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
