Job summary

Arxada, a global leader in chemistry and biotechnology, seeks a Senior Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve technical and leadership training across its manufacturing network. The role is REMOTE with frequent travel in Georgia, partnering with Operations, Quality, Engineering, EHS, HR/Learning & Development, and site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Training & Development, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in technical training, continuous improvement, operational excellence, leadership development, or manufacturing capability building within industrial, chemical, process, or life sciences environments.
• Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, statistical thinking, problem solving, and process improvement tools.
• Proven ability to facilitate training programs, coach diverse audiences, and translate complex technical concepts into practical workplace applications.
• Experience developing or delivering train‑the‑trainer programs and supporting certification pathways is highly valued.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred, with additional training, facilitation, or project management certifications considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor‑led, virtual, and blended learning programs focused on manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, leadership development, and operational capability building.
• Facilitate and coach application of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DMAIC, DOE, root cause analysis, project management, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Lead train‑the‑trainer initiatives that strengthen facilitation capability and ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality training across sites.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to align learning strategies with business priorities, operational goals, and workforce development needs.
• Coach project teams, leaders, and continuous improvement practitioners to translate learning into measurable business impact and sustainable results.
• Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through feedback, capability assessments, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
