LIGHTERA is seeking a durable and strategic Continuous Improvement leader to guide Lean Six Sigma initiatives across North American operations. Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement.
• 3+ years in a Continuous Improvement leadership role.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Continuous Improvement team in North American operations.
• Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma training and certification programs.
• Prioritize projects with plant leadership and monitor KPIs to drive targets.
• Lead high-visibility improvement projects sponsored by senior leadership.
