Job summary

Reltio is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality instructor-led and blended learning to customers, partners, and internal teams. You will own the full training lifecycle—from content design to live facilitation, exams, and program improvements—guided by CSAT, NPS, and performance data.

You will collaborate with Product and GTM teams to ensure effective deployment of the Reltio platform, support certification programs, and manage LMS course materials while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience conducting instructor-led training, live or virtual, in data management or SaaS/PaaS.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing instructor-led courses with technical content.
• Experience with cloud-based APIs and familiarity with JSON.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for varying technical levels.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, Jira, Confluence, and other productivity tools.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging presentations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and blended learning to customer teams, partners, and end-users with high CSAT/NPS.
• Lead classroom experiences, labs, discussions, and live sessions in onsite or virtual formats.
• Own design, development, and publishing of engaging course content for ILT, online, and virtual modalities.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Go-To-Market teams to align training with certification programs.
• Manage LMS course objects, prerequisites, and attendance tracking.
• Maintain Certification Status and support certification drives as needed.
