Job summary

Reltio is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to deliver high-impact instructor-led and blended learning experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams. You will own the full training lifecycle from content development to live facilitation and program improvement based on feedback and metrics.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, Product, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure effective deployment of the Reltio platform and its certification tracks, including LMS administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of instructor-led training in SaaS or data management.
• 5+ years designing and developing technical courses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and blended training to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Lead classroom and remote sessions with high CSAT and NPS scores.
• Develop and publish engaging course content and learning activities.
