Job summary

RecT Solutions is seeking a customer-facing technical trainer to deliver high-impact data and AI training for enterprise teams, across the US both virtually and onsite. You will design courses, certifications, and assessments, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Content to tailor blended learning paths for diverse audiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of live training experience with business clients, hands-on AI concepts, and proficiency in Python/SQL or R, plus Power

Qualifications

• 2+ years of live technical training experience with business clients.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or concepts.
• Experience with at least one programming language (Python, SQL, or R).
• Experience with at least one BI/visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau).
• Excellent communication and ability to adapt content for analysts to executives.
• Willingness to travel across the US for onsite delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live training sessions to enterprise teams, virtually and onsite.
• Design and publish reusable courses, certifications, and assessments.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Content to tailor blended learning paths.
• Translate complex topics for mixed audiences.
