Job summary

Meta seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale risk programs across its products and infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance teams to design and scale frameworks, controls, and tooling that keep Meta's systems trustworthy at scale.

You will drive end-to-end risk programs from identification to design, implementation, and operation of safeguards, including developing repeatable risk assessment and evidence of effectiveness,

Qualifications

• BS in EE, CS, ME, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience delivering complex technology programs from inception to delivery.
• Ability to gather requirements, define scope, and influence multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end risk programs across Meta's products and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Design, implement, and operate controls and safeguards to mitigate risk at scale.
• Establish metrics, benchmarks, and KPIs to drive accountability across teams.
• Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
