Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, trust & safety, privacy, compliance or related field.
• Proven track record of managing projects with tight timelines and high ambiguity with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex risk reviews from start to finish within Meta's Risk Review process.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, policy, and tooling partners to deliver high-quality risk reviews.
• Identify blockers, escalate issues, and remediate pain points to optimize processes.
• Influence across functions and drive cross-functional alignment and timely decision making.
