Job summary

Meta's Risk organization seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale risk programs across engineering, product, legal, policy and compliance. You will design, implement, and scale controls and tooling that keep Meta's products and infrastructure trustworthy at scale.

You will own end-to-end risk programs, from identifying emerging risks to implementing effective safeguards, and you will drive cross-functional execution, measure success with clear metrics, and communicate progress to

Qualifications

BS in EE, CS, ME, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
12+ years in software/hardware engineering or technical PM.
Experience with large-scale hardware readiness and end-to-end product development.
Clear communication of complex technical investments.
Proven delivery of complex technology programs from inception to delivery.
Ability to gather requirements and define project scope.
Ability to work across multiple teams with initiative and leadership in ambiguous spaces.
Experience defining and optimizing engineering processes at scale.
Experience building cross-functional relationships across time zones.
Experience identifying strategic opportunities and influencing stakeholders.
Experience scaling risk management for AI distributed compute systems.
