Meta's Risk organization is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale risk programs across engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance. You will design, implement, and scale controls and safeguards, driving end-to-end risk management with auditable outcomes.

The role requires deep technical program management experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering complex technology programs from inception to delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in EE, CS, ME, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in software engineering, hardware engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management.
• Knowledge of software and hardware development for large-scale hardware readiness.
• Excel at clearly communicating complex technical investments.
• Experience delivering complex technology programs from inception through successful delivery.
• Knowledge of understanding user needs, gathering requirements, defining project scope.
• Experience working across multiple teams, with critical thinking and thought leadership in ambiguous spaces.
• Experience defining and optimizing engineering processes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of programs across engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance.
• Define program requirements, prioritize initiatives, and shape roadmaps for partner teams.
• Create and implement communication strategies to share program status, challenges, and risks.
• Drive cross-functional execution by managing dependencies, risks, and scope adjustments.
• Establish and track metrics, quality benchmarks, and performance indicators.
