Eneba Games is seeking a seasoned Technical Talent Acquisition partner who will own hard-to-fill engineering and data roles, partnering with engineering leaders to design competent interview processes and role scorecards.

You will build global sourcing strategies for remote markets, leverage AI-driven tools for market insights, and track key metrics to improve quality of hire, time-to-value, and candidate experience across Eneba's growing platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical talent acquisition, closing hard-to-fill roles in engineering, data, and infrastructure.
• Experience using AI tools and talent intelligence platforms for sourcing and market research.
• Ability to map global passive talent markets and engage top tech profiles.
• Proven ability to influence hiring decisions with pipeline analytics.
• Strong collaboration with engineering leaders to raise the talent bar.
