Eneba is seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to own high-impact engineering and data hiring, from senior roles to domain experts. You will leverage AI-driven sourcing, map global markets, and partner with Engineering and Data leaders to raise the bar on technical excellence.

• Solve High-Complexity Hiring Challenges: Take full ownership of landing critical, hard-to-fill engineering, and data roles from high bar senior tech talent to domain experts and engineering leaders.
• Leverage AI & Modern Tech Stacks: Apply AI fluency to optimize your workflows, from intelligent sourcing and market mapping to automated pipelines and data insights, setting a new benchmark for recruiter productivity.
• Partner as a Strategic Advisor: Act as a peer to Engineering and Data leaders. Help define role scorecards, recalibrate technical interview rubrics, and align selection to high-bar competency frameworks.
• Drive Global Sourcing Strategy: Build creative, highly targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive, top-tier technical talent across competitive global and remote markets.
• Own the Talent Analytics: Track and optimize core metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-value, quality of hire) to give engineering leadership actionable market intelligence.
• Elevate Technical Assessment & Candidate Experience: Design seamless candidate journeys and train technical interviewers to deliver a world-class candidate experience that reflects Eneba’s engineering culture.

• Proven Technical Track Record: 4+ years in technical talent acquisition, with a demonstrated history of closing complex, hard-to-fill roles in engineering, data, and platform infrastructure.
• AI Fluency & Technical Curiosity: You actively leverage AI tools and modern talent intelligence platforms to enhance your sourcing, market research, and candidate engagement strategies. You speak the language of modern tech stacks with credibility.
• High Bar for Quality: You don't just fill seats; you partner with tech leaders to raise the talent bar with every hire through structured, competency-based assessments.
• Strategic Sourcing Capability: A proven ability to map global passive talent markets and engage top tech profiles who aren't actively job hunting.
• Data-Driven & Impact-Focused: You use pipeline analytics and market data to influence hiring decisions, manage stakeholder expectations, and unblock stalled pipelines.
• Agility & Execution: Strong prioritization skills, a bias for action, and the empathy required to build genuine trust with both candidates and internal engineering teams.
