Wellabe is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst 3 to bridge business and technology teams, evaluating processes, data flows, and architectures to deliver scalable solutions. You will lead complex analysis, document requirements, and guide stakeholders through testing and implementation while aligning with enterprise standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration and problem solving to drive efficiency across critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, business analysis, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive systems analysis experience.
• Experience independently leading complex analysis or solution-design work.
• Strong knowledge of COBOL, API integrations, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve complex system issues by evaluating data, logs, specs to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and vendors to diagnose incidents and optimize solutions.
• Develop and document designs, requirements, data flows, mappings, and business rules.
• Assess alternatives and recommend options aligned with enterprise standards and cost.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, validate requirements, and support testing/UAT.
• Identify improvements to processes and architecture to reduce technical debt.
