Job summary

Wellabe, Inc. is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst 3 to bridge business and technology teams. You will analyze complex processes, data flows, and system integrations, and design solutions that align with architecture standards.

You will partner with stakeholders, diagnose incidents, and document requirements, data mappings, and transformations to enable scalable improvements across products and services. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

• Data structures, data flow, data mapping, and SQL programming to support data operations and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and resolve complex system issues by evaluating application behavior, data flows, and dependencies to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with technical teams, users, and vendors to diagnose incidents and define changes to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and document solution designs, data flows, and business rules to support accurate requirements and implementation.
• Assess alternative solution approaches and recommend options aligned with enterprise standards, cost, risk, and scalability.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, validate requirements and test outcomes, and support user acceptance activities.
• Identify improvements to processes, systems, architecture, and practices to reduce technical debt and improve operations.
