Job summary

Bevi is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team and partner with Logistics, product, and other teams to implement new software and improve existing systems. You will help reduce inefficiencies, errors, and friction in processes across our operations.

You'll own relationships with cross-functional partners, manage requirements and the technology roadmap, and guide changes through the SDLC.

Qualifications

3-5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or similar technical/functional role.
Proficient in process analysis and documentation and organizational change management.
Able to analyze large problems, break into deliverables, and execute independently.
Familiar with B2B CRM data architecture and relational databases.
Strong communication with business users and technical staff.

Responsibilities

Own the relationship with cross-functional partner departments.
Manage prioritization, requirements and technology roadmap for assigned areas.
Guide system changes through the software development life cycle end-to-end.
Produce requirements docs, process diagrams, and technical designs.
Design, write, and execute QA test cases; conduct UAT with stakeholders.
Collaborate with domain experts to implement changes that improve efficiency and user experience.
Perform system configuration and integration development.
Incorporate AI to accelerate delivery of system changes.
Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and 3PL warehouses.
