Job summary

Binance is seeking experienced engineers to support retail and VIP users across the App, Website, Desktop Client, and API. You will troubleshoot complex issues, analyze logs and databases, and participate in post-incident reviews to drive improvements in reliability and user experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business units, identification of bugs, and development of internal tools, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in DevOps, backend, frontend, or technical support roles.
Hands-on with CI/CD, public cloud, Linux, containers, IaC, monitoring.
Proficiency in backend languages (Java/Spring Boot, Go, Python, Node.js) or frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Experience in production AI projects and a financial services or Web3 background is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support retail and VIP users across App, Website, Desktop, and API.
Troubleshoot issues using logs, databases, monitoring, and code to find root causes.
Identify bugs and improvement opportunities; collaborate with BUs to improve product and UX.
Assist Incident Management with technical incidents and post-incident reviews.
Build and maintain internal tools and automation, including AI-driven ones.
