Qualifications

5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or related fields with depth in one area and ability to learn others.
Proficiency in backend or frontend development stacks (Java/Spring Boot, Go, Python, Node.js, TypeScript) or client tech (Android/iOS/H5/Flutter).
Experience with production AI projects or AI-driven tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support retail and VIP users on the App, Website, Desktop Client and API.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using logs, databases, monitoring and code to find root causes.
Identify product bugs and improvement opportunities; work with BUs to improve product and user experience.
