Rad AI is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to own complex, multi-system incidents across our Reporting platform, HL7 integration, and PACS environments. You will lead the incident response for high-severity events, coordinate with Engineering, and drive post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.

The role requires deep Healthcare IT experience, strong debugging skills in Windows enterprise settings, and a track record of mentoring junior engineers while sustaining exceptional

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles (support engineering, TAM, solutions/implementation engineering) for enterprise SaaS.
• Healthcare IT depth: HL7 v2 messaging, interface engines, PACS/RIS or dictation workflows.
• Ability to debug web and desktop apps in large Windows enterprise environments, including logs, VPN, and SSO issues.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex, multi-system issues across Reporting, HL7 layer, speech recognition, and Windows/PACS environments.
• Own high-visibility incidents: lead response for P1/P2, coordinate with on-call Eng, run bridges, deliver RCAs.
