Job summary
Vultr is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Support team and help ensure platform reliability and outstanding customer experience. You will provide advanced technical support for Vultr’s products and infrastructure, serve as an escalation point for complex issues, and mentor junior engineers while supporting enterprise environments.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise technical support or similar advanced role.
- Strong Linux troubleshooting and command-line skills.
- Experience with enterprise networking and cloud/infrastructure environments.
- Ability to communicate clearly under pressure in a 24/7 support setting.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance on Vultr products and services, including escalated issues.
- Act as first responder to platform-level alerts and incidents, assess impact, troubleshoot, and escalate as needed.
- Lead incident analysis, perform root cause investigations, and propose preventive actions.
- Coordinate with systems, engineering, and networking teams to resolve platform issues and outages.
- Create, update, and maintain internal documentation and support procedures.
