Vultr seeks a Technical Support Engineer to join our global Technical Support team. You will provide advanced technical support for Vultr’s products and infrastructure, serving as an escalation point for complex issues and supporting both customers and internal teams in diagnosing and resolving platform-related problems.

You will work closely with customers, system administrators, and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate resolution efforts, and contribute to the

• 3+ years in enterprise technical support or a similar advanced role.
• Strong Linux experience with CLI-based troubleshooting.
• Solid troubleshooting methodologies for complex, non-routine issues.
• Experience with enterprise networking concepts and cloud environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance on Vultr products.
• Act as first responder to platform alerts and incidents with escalation as needed.
• Lead incident analysis and root cause investigations; propose preventive actions.
• Coordinate with system admins, engineering, and other teams to resolve outages.
• Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base.
• Mentor junior team members and support enterprise environments.
• Participate in 24/7 operations with shift coverage.
