Customer & Solutions · San Francisco - Onsite · Remote · FullTime · Senior level
This role is the top technical escalation point for large health system and radiology group customers, owning hard multi system problems across reporting, HL7 interfaces, speech recognition and Windows and PACS setups through to root cause. It also covers leading major incidents, supporting enterprise go lives, and improving how the support function works through triage standards, runbooks and tooling. A strong candidate brings years of enterprise SaaS support with real healthcare IT depth in HL7 messaging, interface engines and radiology workflows, plus calm clear communication with physicians, IT admins and executives.
The company sells generative AI that drafts radiology report impressions, so support work sits close to AI output and the integrations that carry it. AI can take over triage, ticket classification and self service, and this role helps design and roll out those tools. What stays human is judgment on complex incidents, root cause work across systems, and trusted communication with clinicians and executives during outages.
The role offers direct exposure to generative AI in clinical reporting and a chance to shape AI driven triage and self service alongside an automation workstream. Building it means getting fluent in how the reporting and integration layers work, learning to test and validate AI support tooling, and picking up scripting for log analysis and light automation.
