Job summary

HCLTech in Dallas seeks a Hardcore Senior Developer/Technical Lead with 8-15 years of experience to design and deliver enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

You will build cloud-native, event-driven solutions on Microsoft Azure with Kafka/RabbitMQ, work on Azure SQL, MongoDB, React/Node frontend, and lead CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on with cloud-native, event-driven solutions on Microsoft Azure using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Proficient in frontend technologies including React and Node.js; able to build responsive, scalable UIs.

About the Role

We are seeking a Hardcore Senior Developer/Technical Lead with 8-15 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. Strong expertise in building cloud-native, event-driven solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, and modern integration patterns. Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database, MongoDB, GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, and containerized application development. Proficient in frontend technologies including React, and Node.js. Proven track record of delivering scalable, resilient, and high-performance distributed systems while collaborating effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Build and implement event-driven and asynchronous systems using Apache Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
• Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, service integrations, and distributed application components.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React and Node.js.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring reliable and automated deployments.
• Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using Azure SQL Database and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead system design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability through best engineering practices.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership on architecture, design patterns, and implementation approaches.
• Drive modernization initiatives, cloud adoption, and microservices transformation programs.

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
