Blue Origin is hiring for a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to recruit highly specialized engineers (Structural, Mechanical, Avionics, Electrical) and security-clearance roles. This on-site, full-time role supports Space Vehicles division and collaborates with leadership across Blue Origin units.

We seek a seasoned recruiter with a technical background, proven sourcing strategies, and the ability to guide hiring managers through complex searches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruiting.
• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Strong professional communication skills and ability to influence and advise business leaders.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads using various platforms and sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels.
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies.
• Engage, screen and interview candidates and develop relationships.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers on searches and updates.
• Lead candidacy discussions and provide client-ready updates on active searches.
