Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit specialized engineering talent across Structural, Mechanical, Avionics and Electrical domains, including roles requiring security clearances. This on-site fixed-term role supports our Space Vehicles division and reports into the Talent Acquisition team.

You will partner with leaders, develop pipelines, and drive end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing through interviews to offers—ensuring alignment with Blue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruiting; 5+ years in Technical Recruiting (Engineering, Manufacturing, IT)
• Strong communication and ability to influence business leaders
• Proven success in generating leads via multiple platforms and sourcing methods

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels
• Develop sourcing models and pipelines for engineering roles
• Create robust search strategies and calibrate candidates with hiring managers
• Develop prospects into candidates and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Screen, interview and extend offers to top talent
• Coach and develop other Talent Acquisition team members
• Lead scoping discussions and provide updates in client meetings
