Blue Origin is seeking a Sr Technical Sourcing Recruiter to build a scalable talent pipeline for Space Vehicles. You will recruit highly specialized engineering talent in Structural, Mechanical, Avionics, and Electrical domains, including roles requiring security clearance.

You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with Team Blue to ensure delivery of top talent for safe spaceflight initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruiting.
• 8+ years of Technical Recruiting experience including Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence business leaders.
• Proven success generating leads via multiple platforms and sourcing methods.

Responsabilidades

• Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels.
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers.
• Develop prospects into candidates; engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview.
• Collaborate, coach and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders; lead scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and debriefs.
• Prepare/search status reports and lead client update meetings on active searches.
• Dive deep into technical requisitions and business unit requirements.
