Job summary

Amca in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to own the top of funnel for mechanical, electrical, software, and supply chain roles. You will identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates to create a durable pipeline before recruiters touch them.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements, craft targeted outreach, and use LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse to manage pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting for technical roles across engineering and/or supply chain.
• Top Performer with metrics to prove it.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (Boolean search, InMail, pipelines).
• Proficiency with Greenhouse (pipeline management, tagging, reporting).
• Ability to learn across different technical vocabularies.
• Excellent written communication with diverse candidate audiences.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics tracking.
• Interest in hardware, engineering, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Build sourcing strategies and talent maps for mechanical, electrical, software, and supply chain roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Adapt search strategies and Boolean queries to each discipline.
• Write personalized outreach messages to candidates to generate strong responses.
