Job summary

• 8+ years of technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environment.
• Led talent-mapping and pipeline-building across hardware, software and product roles.
• Advised local office stakeholders and independently led end-to-end interview coordination loops.

Responsibilities

• Shape sourcing strategy across hardware, software, and product domains.
• Lead sourcing of qualified passive candidates via multiple channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial vetting calls with technical judgment.
• Serve as on-site Talent Acquisition lead for Mountain View and coordinate interview loops.
• Own candidate pipeline management and maintain Greenhouse data integrity.
• Provide data-driven insights on talent market conditions to hiring managers.
