Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to own end-to-end sourcing for hard-to-fill technical roles. You will partner with recruiters and managers to craft ideal profiles and leveling, building proactive pipelines via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, GitHub, and referrals.

You will conduct initial conversations to gauge fit and Crusoe’s mission, influence hiring plans with market insights, and mentor fellow sourcers while maintaining Ashby-based data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or full-cycle technical recruiting.
• Proven track record of building strong, diverse pipelines for senior, hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Strong understanding of the technical landscape; you can discuss infra, cloud, compute/storage, or data with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for technical searches across domains such as Cloud Engineering, Compute/Storage, IT/Security, Data, and TPM.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and calibrate leveling.
• Build and run proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search, GitHub and referrals.
• Craft personalized outreach and own the top-of-funnel candidate experience for passive talent.
• Conduct initial conversations to assess technical fit and motivation for Crusoe.
• Advise on market trends, talent supply, and competitor landscape for hiring plans.
• Track, analyze, and report sourcing metrics to improve results.
• Mentor other sourcers/recruiters on best practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in Ashby.
