Crusoe is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to own end-to-end sourcing for AI infrastructure, data center, cloud, and hardware roles across the business. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal profiles, calibrate leveling, and build proactive pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, and AI-assisted tools, while mentoring other sourcers.

• 6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or full-cycle technical recruiting.
• Proven track record of building diverse pipelines for senior, hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong understanding of the technical landscape; can discuss infra, cloud, compute/storage or data with engineers.
• Power user of LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing channels.
• Able to influence recruiters and hiring managers through data and judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; credible to passive candidates.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, data center, energy or hardware roles.
• Experience with AI-assisted sourcing tools (Juicebox) and repeatable sourcing playbooks.
• Experience building sourcing programs or training other sourcers.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for technical searches across Cloud Engineering, Compute/Storage, IT/Security, Data, and Technical Program Management.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, calibrate leveling, and adjust search strategy.
• Build and run proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other channels, networking and referrals.
• Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach and own top-of-funnel candidate experience for passive talent.
• Conduct initial conversations to assess technical fit, motivation, and Crusoe’s mission.
• Advise on market trends, talent supply, and competitor landscape to inform hiring plans.
• Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics and use data to improve results.
• Mentor and share best practices with other sourcers and recruiters on the team.
• Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in Ashby.

• Proven track record of building strong, diverse pipelines for senior, hard-to-fill technical roles, with a clear record of sourced candidates converting to hires
• Strong understanding of the technical landscape; you can speak credibly with engineers about infrastructure, cloud, compute/storage, or data and pick up unfamiliar domains quickly
• Power user of LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing channels; you do not rely on inbound applicants
• Ability to influence recruiters and hiring managers through data, insight, and judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you can represent Crusoe credibly to a passive candidate
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
• Experience with Ashby or similar ATS platforms a plus
• Experience sourcing for AI infrastructure, data center, energy, or hardware roles
• Experience with AI-assisted sourcing tools (e.g., Juicebox) and building repeatable sourcing playbooks
• Experience building sourcing programs or training other sourcers

• Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics (outreach volume, response and conversion rates, pipeline health) and use the data to improve results
• Mentor and share best practices with other sourcers and recruiters on the team
• Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in Ashby
