Job summary

Verkada is hiring a Technical Sourcer in California to grow and scale our Software Engineering teams. You will build the candidate pipeline, drive passive engagement, and partner with recruiters to deliver top talent for multiple high-priority roles.

You will own market insights, craft creative outreach strategies, and maintain ATS records. This is an onsite role requiring five days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of sourcer experience in high-volume technical placements.
• Ability to identify and engage hard-to-find talent.
• Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Proficient with sourcing tools such as Gem or Covey.
• Data-driven with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to understand job requirements.
• Research passive, diverse candidate pools and outreach.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for multiple high-priority roles.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and sourcing databases.
• Manage candidate follow-ups on a precise schedule.
• Evaluate engagement rates and test messaging strategies (A/B).
• Provide project support to the Talent team as needed.
• Willing to work onsite five days per week.
