Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Technical Recruiter for our Product team to embed with hiring managers across Product Management, CommercialOps & Pricing, and Global Professional Services. This role is onsite at our San Mateo HQ and you will build collaborative partnerships with leaders.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for niche technical roles, develop a targeted pipeline, influence senior Product leadership, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting for technical or complex roles.
• Proven ability to generate a targeted, high-quality pipeline.
• Ability to influence senior Product leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: source niche product talent, maintain pipeline, extend offers, close top candidates.
• Partner with Product leaders to build the team (hiring managers source, too).
• Make improvements to hiring processes as we scale.
• Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience.
