Job summary

Candid Health is seeking a Founding Technical Sourcer to build and scale the sourcing function from ground up. You will architect the sourcing strategy, set up AI infrastructure, define success metrics, and craft a blueprint to attract top tech talent.

As the first in this seat, you’ll drive tech stack decisions, develop an employer-branding engine through events, and own the end-to-end candidate funnel with high-velocity outreach and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leveraging community events, technical branding, and content to build passive inbound talent pipelines.
• Demonstrated success building sourcing strategies from scratch or acting as a lead sourcer defining strategy and metrics for a growing function.
• High capacity to rapidly digest complex technical concepts, tools, and developer domains during hiring manager intakes.
• Strong analytical baseline to measure funnel conversions, iterate on outreach experiments, and report directly on strategy outcomes to leadership.
• 5+ Years of Technical Sourcing Experience in High Growth Environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect the sourcing function with vision, OKRs, and scalable tech stack.
• Deploy and manage AI sourcing agents for automated candidate discovery.
• Design events and campaigns to position the team as an employer of choice.
• Lead technical intake sessions with engineering leaders to master tech stacks.
