Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a seasoned Solution Deal Manager to own end-to-end engagements across public and private cloud, applications, data & AI, infrastructure, and consulting services. You will manage relationships with solution decision-makers at customer organizations, guiding multi-million dollar engagements from opportunity to delivery.

This role requires at least 5+ years of technology and business experience, strong CxO connections, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate responses to proposals to match buyers' needs.
• Research sales markets, industries, customers, and competitors.
• Identify customer challenges and design value-focused solutions.
• Lay groundwork to acquire and support customers pre-sale.
• Create overall solution design including architecture and go-to-market.
• Monitor and ensure delivery of products addressing customer requirements.
• Develop and update global cost models and costing methodologies.
• Collaborate with service offering teams on cost drivers and labor.
• Support contract negotiations through handover.
