Collaborate with growth, engineering, product, design, research, and delivery teams to craft technical responses for government, nonprofit, and commercial opportunities, emphasizing cloud platforms, security, and DevOps.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or a related technical role.
• Translate complex client requirements into scalable technical architectures, deployment workflows, and practical implementation strategies.
• Strong knowledge of security, encryption, auth protocols, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-53).
• Experience collaborating across product, design, research, growth, and delivery teams to support proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs/RFIs and other solicitation materials to craft accurate, compelling technical responses.
• Develop technical narratives, proposal content, and supporting materials for client needs.
• Design secure, scalable cloud architectures using major cloud platforms and modern deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical approaches with business objectives and client requirements.
• Identify gaps in collaboration/delivery workflows and recommend improvements.
