CapTech is seeking a Senior Technical BSA to partner with business and technical stakeholders, translating business goals into detailed requirements and guiding architecture, development, testing, and deployment. You will lead cross-functional teams through discovery, delivery, and validation across complex integrations and data challenges.

Qualifications
- 10–12+ years of experience leading IT initiatives and enterprise-scale deliverables.
- Experience in client-facing advisory roles and multi-system implementations.
- Experience defining business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile backlog items.
Responsibilities
- Define complex solutions by translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Lead requirements elicitation via interviews, workshops, and collaborative sessions.
- Support solution design with data modeling, API and integration definitions, and system workflows.
- Coordinate integration testing, system testing, and UAT activities with traceability.
