impact.com, the world-leading commerce partnership marketing platform, seeks a Manager, Technical Services in Columbus, OH. You will lead a team delivering end-to-end technical support, from onboarding to post-launch optimization, ensuring reliable integrations and exceptional client experiences.

You'll work with Onboarding, Client Success, Product, and Engineering, coaching engineers, handling complex issues, and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Science/Math or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role within a SaaS environment with people leadership.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing or digital marketing ecosystem.
• Strong hands-on technical background with client integrations on SaaS platforms.
• Ability to analyze logs and data to diagnose complex issues.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-volume support environments.
• Clear English communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Services Engineers with clear expectations.
• Hands-on involvement in complex integrations and critical client issues as needed.
• Own the technical support and post-integration experience for clients.
• Partner with Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Solutions to align priorities.
• Own end-to-end issue management, including root cause analysis and communication.
• Identify recurring issues and drive scale improvements.
• Establish and enforce processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Monitor capacity and performance, adjusting priorities as needed.
• Contribute to tools, reporting, and internal enablement for troubleshooting.
