Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks a Technical Services Engineer (TSE) to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on retro-commissioning for multi-building higher education and healthcare environments with complex mechanical infrastructure.

You will provide technical expertise across the commissioning process, collaborate with the engineer of record, and mentor Technical Services staff to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
10+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Authoritative technical expertise in building systems, energy management, and commissioning standards.

Responsibilities

Serves as the ultimate technical authority and direction leader across all phases of the commissioning and development process.
Masterfully integrates unified energy management solutions across complex, multidisciplinary project scopes.
Maximizes project outcomes by providing a technical focus and balance between project constraints and required outcomes for the entire Technical Services organization.
Strategically identifies gaps in project execution and establishes standard operating procedures and company-wide standards to resolve systemic issues.
