Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• PE license (Professional Engineering).
• Expertise in building systems, energy management, and commissioning standards.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the technical authority across all phases of commissioning and development.
• Integrates energy management solutions across complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Provides technical focus to maximize project outcomes while balancing constraints.
• Develops SOPs and standards to resolve systemic issues across the organization.
• Mentors Technical Services staff and supports training initiatives.
• Handles complex system integrations and optimization of multi-system plants.
• Performs other high-level duties as assigned by leadership.
