• 10+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• PE license required or equivalent credential.
• Authoritative technical expertise in building systems, energy management, and commissioning standards.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of mentoring technical teams.
• High-level capacity to inform strategic business decisions and resolve execution constraints.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the ultimate technical authority and direction leader across all phases of the commissioning and development process.
• Masterfully integrates unified energy management solutions across complex multidisciplinary project scopes.
• Maximizes project outcomes by providing a technical focus and balance between project constraints and required outcomes for the Technical Services organization.
• Strategically identifies gaps in project execution and establishes SOPs and company-wide standards to resolve systemic issues.
• Informs significant business decisions while successfully executing other major project assignments.
• Cultivates technical staff capability by driving the training, coaching, and mentorship frameworks across the Technical Services organization.
• Handles highly complex system integrations, peer reviews, and advanced optimization of multi-system plants.
